For Canadian deliveries: Orders will have a standard shipping rate of $9.99 plus applicable taxes. Exceptions may apply when shipping to remote locations in Canada. We aim to have your order delivered within 2-8 days (remote locations may take longer).
To ensure your order is delivered efficiently to you, we ship with Canada Post. A tracking number will be sent to you. If your parcel will not fit in your mailbox, and there is no one at home to receive the parcel, Canada Post will leave a Delivery Notice Card with details on how to collect your order at your designated post office.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, call 1-902-846-9277 immediately so we may assist you with the return of your item.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 60 days, please return your unused, unworn or Manufacturer defective item with your original receipt for a full refund (minus the shipping charge). Please include the completed Return Form (link below) in the package. Please contact us either by phone or email and we will generate your Return Postage label and email it to you. The shipping label is to be affixed to the outside of the package to ensure that your return is processed as effectively as possible.
Manufacturer Defect – If we determine after inspecting the returned product that a defect has occurred as a result of normal use, we will replace or refund the defective footwear. Any wear deemed as abusive, excessive or inappropriate may void the warranty.
- Please allow 30 days for returns processing to be completed.
- Shipping charges for online orders can not be refunded.
- Refunds will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
- Gift Cards: We will not charge you shipping or taxes on Gift Cards
- Refunds and exchanges cannot be processed after 60 days.
